Yesterday was our due date for the new baby. Weird considering he’s now a month old already! :)

He’s doing great though. Sleeping well and happy (asleep) most of the time. His big brothers keep wanting to play with their new little brother and our family feels just a little more complete. Our house, however, is feeling somewhat smaller!

To celebrate Jonas being here for a month we took time, on a rare Saturday off, to take some new photos.

Tuesday 27th July 2010 began like any other day.
But it ended extraordinarily.

World meet Jonas :)

Jonas was born at 21:50 on Tuesday 27th July, exactly a month early! He was born around 35 minutes after Evelyne & I arrived at the hospital!!! He weighed 6lb 6oz. He’s perfect.

Three years ago today our lives changed forever.

Today is Elliott’s 3rd birthday and we’re so proud of the gorgeous, kind, funny boy he’s growing up to be.

Elliott’s in Montreal for his birthday, spending time with Evelyne’s family & friends. They come home in 2 days and I can’t wait to see them. We’ll have a party here next weekend :)

These photos are of my own Mom & Dad. They were taken back in March. I edited them today.

I will have them printed this week though and they’ll be up in our home within a few days.

You can never have too many photos of the people you love most. Get your camera and go and take some :)

Today is my birthday :)

So, I thought it fitting that I post some photos featuring myself & Evelyne taken recently by the amazingly talented and lovely Emma Case.

Working as photographers, we get to meet, and often befriend, some of the best photographers in the industry, and Emma is one of them. She’s making a real name for herself as a wedding and portrait photographer in Birmingham (and beyond) and was kind enough to do a shoot for us in London a few weeks ago.

It’s only 15 minutes from where we live but we’d never been before. It’s a great place too. Loads to do and see. And amazing fish & chips!

We won’t get to meet the baby til the end of August but, after today’s scan, I can assure you that, all being well, there will be plenty more photos of this little person on the blog in the future…
