I think I have a little crush on KT Tunstall. Sorry Evelyne.
Last night she played in Wolverhampton at the Wulfrun Hall and she was fantastic as ever. Funny, smiley and entertaining as well as playing and singing brilliantly.
I’m definitely gonna try and catch her again when she comes to Birmingham in the new year…
Oh yeah, and Charlotte Hatherley is now in her band.
Rosella & Trevor get married this Saturday in London and I have a feeling it’s going to be a very stylish wedding.
They booked us earlier this year and, after shooting their engagement session, I’m excited about seeing them and their guests for the main event. Let’s hope this weird weather we’re having plays nice cos we’re hoping to shoot all around Millennium Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral on Saturday afternoon!
For their engagement session Ros & Trev opted to escape the city for Cowley Manor in the Cotswolds – a stunning venue that we visited last summer for Victoria & James’ wedding. The weather was glorious on the day and we made the most of the sunshine and the beautiful grounds and ended up with one of my favourite collections of images of the year

Somewhere along the line, Alexa & Andy looked at the “rules” of how a wedding should be and promptly tore them up and laughed!
We LOVE couples who inject personality, creativeness and uniqueness into their weddings. We also LOVE couples who make their wedding as much fun as possible. Alexa & Andy’s wedding, quite simply, rocked!

It’s not long since we were at the West Bromwich Albion ground for Elesha & Daniel’s engagement shoot. This time, however, rather than being moved on by security, we had full access to the ground.
Kirsty & Neal get married at The Mount Hotel in Wolverhampton at the end of May and, as Neal is a huge fan, Kirsty arranged for us to do their engagement shoot in the WBA ground…
For a little contrast, we also grabbed a few shots away from the ground…

Their wedding was even more fun thanks to a great group of guests, an epic Fun Booth (on the blog soon) and, most importantly, Jem & Andy giving us the freedom to do what we do best.

Ok… this is Mango, an acoustic duo who play everything from really mellow tunes right through to Killers and Nirvana covers. They are AMAZING! We highly recommend them if you’re looking for entertainment for you wedding.

This week, on my day off, the spring weather seemed to arrive and we decided to take the kids out to the Black Country Living Museum in Dudley.
It’s only 15 minutes from where we live but we’d never been before. It’s a great place too. Loads to do and see. And amazing fish & chips!

Shelley & Daniel’s wedding at Packington Moor Farm was crazy fun.
Their Fun Booth didn’t let us down either. Shelley set the bar early on…
Long-time readers of this blog may vaguely remember a great wedding we shot at the Buttermarket in Newark. The couple were Emma & Pete so it was great when Emma’s sister, Ruth, booked us to shoot her & David’s wedding in Leeds.
Emma & Pete have since started a family so it was amazing to see their gorgeous little boy as well as catching up with Emma & Ruth’s parents.
The ceremony was held at the impressive Temple Newsam House before heading to the Thorpe Park Hotel for the reception.
I was ably assisted by Mr Chris Barber. Here are a few images we came back with…
